Our mission is help seniors with Food Insecurity & offer scholarships to aspiring culinary students. The Rousseau Foundation Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization. Our mission was created from our passion to cook for our church, family, and friends. We seek to spread hope and love by providing meals and/or non-perishable foods to underprivileged communities, educational services, and culinary scholarships from our fundraising efforts.
