Come To Believe Network

Providing higher ed institutions with an innovative two-year college model that is accessible to students often underrepresented at selective universities. The Come To Believe (“CTB”) Network provides advisory services for new CTB-model colleges, guiding college and host university leaders who through the process of implementation and launch. The Come to Believe Foundation (CTB) assists higher education institutions in developing and launching a two-year college model that provides a pathway for underserved students to receive four-year degrees. First developed at Arrupe College at Loyola University Chicago (now scaling nationally as a network), the CTB model provides students with small classes, dedicated faculty advisors, mental health services, generous financial aid and other supports. The results are exemplary, with graduation rates four to six times the national average, and over 80% of graduates transferring to four-year schools. CTB operates as an accelerator within the higher education ecosystem: identifying, supporting and investing in institutions that can successfully replicate CTB’s model on their campuses.

Excellence x Scale Impact Our Mission We provide higher education institutions with an innovative resultsoriented college model that is inclusive and accessible to students who are often underrepresented at selective universities. The latest evidence of excellence 75 of our students who enter a fouryear institution have now completed a bachelors degree in five years. Nationally only 14 of students who begin at twoyear programs complete a bachelors degree within six years. The students come to believe that they belong in higher ed.
