Those Who Care
Organization provided shelter for children. See attached mission statement. As of March 31, 2010, Those Who Care's state of Arizona were terminated due to state budgeting constraints. It is the intention of Those Who Care's management and board of directors to discontinue operations, and distribute its' assets to other IRC 501(C)(3) organizations. Those Who Care is currently in the process of of doing that.
