CEASES TO EXIST WITHOUT SUCCESSORS, AND ONLY THEN, TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY BASED PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS IDENTIFIED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AS SIMILAR TO AND ALIGNED WITH THE GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND METHODOLOGIES OF CURAMERICAS GLOBAL, INC.
