OUR MISSION LEAPs mission is to educate and empower members of the LGBTQ community especially those more marginalized to become successful entrepreneurs through education mentorship and meaningful connections while building self esteem and confidence along the way. THE CHALLENGE For far too long members of the LGBTQ community have struggled to find an inclusive and welcoming work environment where they can be their authentic selves and thrive. The solution is LEAP.
