ORGANIZATION OPERATES A STATE FUNDED SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES CLINICAL SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION, LIFE SKILLS AND 24 HOUR SUPERVISION FOR DISABLED ADULTS. IT ALSO OPERATES AN ADULT HABILITATION PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES LIFE ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. SEE PART III 4-A BELOW.
