Promoting the Small, Minority, Woman and Veteran Owned Contracting Community of San Antonio Providing educational/training programs, resources, & networking to Hispanic Contractors & our members in San Antonio Texas since 1999 The Hispanic Contractors Association de San Antonio (HCA de SA) is a non-profit organization that supports the educational advancement and growth of the small, minority, women, veterans, and disadvantaged-owned businesses in the construction community throughout South Texas. Founded over twenty years ago, the HCA de SA provides members access to business development resources, training programs, scholarships, networking opportunities, and bid information. In addition, the HCA de SA works with various partners, such as general contractors, chambers of commerce, and government agencies, to promote and facilitate diversity and inclusion in the construction industry. The HCA de SA's mission is to help its members reach their highest potential and contribute to the region's economic development

As a nonprofit 501c3 we offer educational resources networking opportunities and industry expertise to help members overcome barriers and seize opportunities. We also assist local governmental agencies large contractors and general contractors with diversity outreach. Our initiatives include college scholarships for constructionrelated degrees and support for members and their families.
