Founded over twenty years ago, the HCA de SA provides members access to business development resources, training programs, scholarships, networking opportunities, and bid information. In addition, the HCA de SA works with various partners, such as general contractors, chambers of commerce, and government agencies, to promote and facilitate diversity and inclusion in the construction industry. The HCA de SA's mission is to help its members reach their highest potential and contribute to the region's economic development
