ORGANIZE AND CONVENE AN ANNUAL CELEBRATION TO COMMEMORATE THE LEGACY AND WORK OF DR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. WHICH WILL ADVANCE AND PROMOTE HIS PHILOSOPHIES AND EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT HIS TEACHINGS.
