Our mission is to connect people with the arts to strengthen our communities. The mission of ArtsAltoona/Altoona Renaissance Team (ART) is to leverage the combined strengths of the creative, business, and education communities in Blair County, to help realize the full potential and benefits of arts and culture in the region for economic development and community enhancement. ART will continue to create sustainable programs based on the premise that all members of the creative community, and those who benefit from their activities, join together in meaningful ways to ensure that arts and culture flourish and contribute to an enriching way of life in Blair County.
