Santa Cop Inc
Grand Prairie Santa Cop is a non profit organization working with the community helping needy families of Grand Prairie during Christmas time. Santa Cop, Inc. was founded in 1985 and delivered gifts to about fifty families in Grand Prairie, Texas. That year we were assisted by the Marine Corps, Toys for Tots program. Santa Cop incorporated in 1986 under the Internal Revenue Service’s 501-3-c as a tax-exempt Charitable Organization. Santa Cop has grown steadily ever since, giving gifts to over 400 families annually. Santa Cop, Inc. is sponsored by the Grand Prairie Police Department, and all work is done by volunteers. There are no paid employees. All cash donations go toward the purchase of gifts for the children. Our gifts are not limited to toys, but also include such as toothbrushes, grooming materials, and reading materials.
