At Colorado Dream Foundation, we believe every child deserves a quality education and has a fundamental right to reach their highest potential. We partner with youth and families as they navigate school and career and achieve their dreams. Colorado Dream Foundation’s mission is to partner with youth and their families as they successfully navigate school, college, and career by providing a holistic academic, social, and emotional program from elementary school through college, along with post-secondary scholarship assistance. We build long-term relationships with families, supporting youth from 3rd grade through their educational journey and into their careers. Our academic enrichment and behavioral health services empower youth to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams. By helping our youth gain access to college, we put them on a different academic and life trajectory. Alumni return home as role models, leaders, and advocates, transforming the way their communities see themselves and their futures.
