TO EDUCATE STUDENTS OF THE DANGERS OF DISTRACTED OR IMPAIRED DRIVING BY SHARING THE LIFE STORY OF FRANK WOOLWINE AND TO SHARE THE FAR-REACHING CONSEQUENCES OF A MOMENTARY LAPSE OF REASON TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE REALIZE HOW DEEPLY THEY ARE VALUED AND THAT SMALL, CAREFUL DECISIONS CAN BE INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT.
