Leadership Monterey County Home About Support LMC Contact More Leadership Monterey County The Premier Course for Emerging Local Leaders in the Community Leadership Monterey County is a 10month program FebruaryNovember designed to cultivate informed engaged leaders who shape the future of our community. Through indepth sessions on key local issues participants gain a broad understanding of regional challenges connect with influential leaders and build a diverse professional network. Graduates serve in leadership roles across nonprofits businesses and government driving positive change throughout Monterey County. Established in 2018 our program builds on over 30 years of successful leadership initiatives uniting the entire county to foster collaboration and impact.
