WHO WE ARE REUSE AND GREEN BUILDING PARTNERS RAGBP is a 501c3 organization that processes real property tax donations for individuals and LLCs. RAGBP are project managers and consultants who promote the deconstruction donation process as an alternative to demolition. WHAT WE DO RAGBP acts as a liaison between property owner deconstruction contractor and qualified appraiser to maximize IRS compliance donor contribution material recycling and distribution of reusable material. HOW WE DO IT The structure or a portion thereof is donated to RAGBP excluding land deconstructed and the reusable building material is diverted from landfill and provided to other nonprofits and inequitable groups at no cost.
