FEEDING AREA CHILDREN TOGETHER (FACT) IS REDUCING CHILDHOOD HUNGER IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA BY PROVIDING ESSENTIAL FOOD SUPPORT TO STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. FACT STRIVES TO UPLIFT OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITIES BY ENSURING THAT EVERY STUDENT HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO OVERCOME FOOD INSECURITY AND THRIVE ACADEMICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, AND SOCIALLY. FACT IS DEDICATED TO ACCOMPLISHING THIS MISSION BY MOBILIZING VOLUNTEERS AND THROUGH THE GENEROSITY OF COMMUNITY PARTNERS.

Going hungry as a child causes an increased risk of learning and behavioral challenges. At Feeding Area Children Together we bridge the gap for students when school is not in session through our three services Food for the Weekends Breaks Each menu contains a variety of fruits vegetables and proteins. It does not contain chips cookies or candy.
