The KJBBC is organized pursuant to the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. The purposes for which the KJB is organized are for providing financial and educational support and training facilities for elementary and middle school aged boys and girls pursuing athletics with a preference toward the sport of basketball within meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law.
