Good World Solutions is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to substantially improve economic and social conditions for millions of workers and their families living at or below the poverty line in developing countries. We drive systemic change in the buying practices of U.S. companies by monitoring working conditions, delivering training and education and measuring social impact. We achieve our mission through technology solutions that promote fair wages and that connect workers, artisans and farmers to companies and consumers.

Our vision is a world where every worker is heard and where worker wellbeing is integral to business success. Six years ago we started noticing cell phones in workers hands and tested what was then a bold idea that we could use mobile technology to connect directly with workers in real time. We first piloted Laborlink with 100 factory workers in Peru and have since reached over 1 million workers in 16 countries.
