The purposes of the Corporation are exclusively charitable within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. Specifically, the Corporation is organized to develop educational science games and interactive software for learning, focusing on STEM fields for all ages. JustMatter was formed to foster an interactive and immersive environment to translate the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines into a medium that students can understand to promote their learning and problem-solving skills. Initial products are being designed as supplementary tools to equip the students with various outlooks of the required coursework materials.
