Our Work We connect individualsdirectly to resourcesmentoring and advocacy We elevate serviceproviders impact throughgapfilling support We bring together serviceproviders to fosterincreased collaborationand resource utilization FUND PRIORITIES The fund is designed to respond toindividuals and families that are inimmediate need. FUND PRIORITIES Fund priorities include Individuals and families at risk of losing housing Those who recently moved into or will be moving into housing Currently unhoused populations Similar needs within the vulnerable populations of the harbor area.
