Vision Board, Inc. WELCOME Tara Pickens is a retired US Army Veteran Wife Mother of three children and Grandmother of three grandchildren. As a member of the John Maxwell Team Im certified to facilitate speak train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development professional skills and personal growth. In early 2015 I created a Vision Board that assisted me in focusing on my goals and it changed my mindset which led to accomplishing goals I once thought were unattainable. For example I obtained my Associates of Arts Management with Honors in August 2016.
