Jack of Hearts PA Family to Family Heart to Heart Jack of Hearts PA Inc. is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to supporting the families of pediatric cardiac patients in northeastern Pennsylvania as well as supporting other local charities and congenital heart defect research. Meet Jack This charity was created by Donny and Lisa Scarfo of Scranton PA and was inspired by their elevenyearold son Jack who was prenatally diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. When Jack and his twin brother Nathan were born a decade ago many of the resources we have today were not available or widespread and the Scarfo family spent many years navigating unfamiliar territory in living life with a child with a heart defect.
