13thTribe What is 13th Tribe . 13th Tribe is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded by Rabbi Sydney Mintz in 2019. 13th Tribe launched its creative projects in 2019 with the onewoman show You May Think Im Funny But Its Not which premiered to fullhouses and standing ovations in San Francisco at the legendary Marsh Theatre.
