We bring vitality to our community by building relationships to create a safer neighborhood, bridge residents to the local government, and to always bring neighbors togethe TO DEVELOP, ADMINISTER AND CONDUCT HOUSING REHABILITATION SERVICES; AND TO PROVIDE HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELING AND OTHER RELATED NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES.
