Yucaipa Health Center — Abundant life for everyone Abundant life for everyone Welcome to the Yucaipa Center for Health and Family WellBeing Serving Yucaipa since 2008 The Yucaipa Center for Health and Family WellBeing is a community organization serving the city of Yucaipa California since 2008. The Center has an innovative approach to health care based on Health Education. The program focuses on preventive health care nutrition counseling and healthy lifestyle changes. Services We provide nocost clinical services to people who do not have access to health care through Arrowhead Mobile Medical Clinic including Health screenings and immunizations Lab testing Diabetes education and care Physicals and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses Wellchild checkups Womens services including mammograms pap and pelvic exams Clinic dates The Mobile Medical Clinic visits our Health Center on Mondays every six weeks from 800 am to 200 pm.
