The Arc of the East Bay | for Alameda County Residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities of the East Bay Employment and Life Skills Services for People with Autism Down Syndrome Cerebral Palsy Fetal Alcohol Syndrome More The Arc of the East Bay is a 501c3 nonprofit organization offering life skills education along with job training and job placement services to some 350 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities IDD. Conditions such as autism Down syndrome cerebral palsy fetal alcohol syndrome are developmental disabilities. Individuals with IDD from Alameda Albany Berkeley Dublin Emeryville Fremont Union City Newark Oakland Piedmont Union City and Pleasanton are welcome and can often work with the Regional Center of the East Bayto arrange transportation to The Arc of the East Bay here at 1101 Walpert Street Hayward. Our clients live in the East Bay and are clients ofThe Regional Center of the East Bay.
