Since inception and driven by our core beliefs of community equity investment and partnership we have invested more than 350 million in initiatives to improve thirdgrade reading increase college enrollment and boost postsecondary attainment in both states. Black Leadership Network In 2018 Helios partnered with University of South Floridas BLN to launch the HeliosBlack Leadership Network Scholars Program an initiative supporting highachieving Black students with financial need. Since its inception nearly 80 students have been awarded the HeliosBLN scholarship and received professional development support.
