DLW Mission The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. It is necessary to equip them with the proper tools to help them confidently take on this important responsibility. With so many distractions in todays society this can be challenging. Helping our youth to be emotionally mentally physically morally and socially competent is an integral part of our Youth Empowerment initiatives.
