The Seattle Zen Dojo is an independent, tax-exempt, not-for-profit Rinzai Zen Dojo located in Seattle. We offer Zazen (meditation) and Zen workshops The Seattle Zen Dojo aims to provide guidance and a space for those who wish to train and practice the Ways (Zen arts) through meditation (Zen), martial arts (Ken) and fine arts (Sho). This "ZenKenSho" approach involves both the mind and body through the breath as one.
