As first generation Americans, we are very grateful to our parents, teachers and mentors for providing us a loving, inspiring, and safe environment, where we can learn and thrive. We know we enjoy privileges many other kids don’t have, such as living in a safe area, going to a great schools, and participating in programs that teach skills to be successful individuals and citizens in the future. This is why we created shiningbrownies.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping other kids achieve their full potential and live a happier life.
