The Plumbing Industry Leadership Coalition (PILC) is a wrap! PILC held its inaugural lobby day on Capitol Hill, followed by its annual Coalition meeting at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The impactful lobby day at our Nation’s capitol of 15,000 steps, 23 meetings, 7 hours—one unified message: a united plumbing industry ensures safer water, stronger communities, and a healthier economy. Then, at NIST, PILC met and toured the Plumbing Research Laboratory and tackled key industry issues including #WaterSense, #research, trade, tariffs, and #workforce challenges. As a proud co-leader of the Plumbing Industry Leadership Coalition (PILC) with ASPE & PMI, IAPMO joins in extending sincere thanks to #NIST, all collaborating partners, and the elected officials who voiced strong support.
