LITA of Contra Costa Our Mission Brightening Lives One Connection at a Time A NonProfit Public Charity since 1980 LITAs Mission is to improve quality of life for senior disabled persons supporting creative volunteer programs in nursing care facilities in Contra Costa County to help alleviate the loneliness and isolation of fragile senior residents. We connect compassionate volunteers with seniors in care facilities rescuing them from loneliness and isolation. Each visit brings meaningful human connection offering companionship and emotional support.
