Sitka Sportsmans Association
Sitka Sportsmans Annual Salmon Derby. Held every year for 5 days. All 3 days of Memorial Day weekend and the following weekend. To establish, promote, protect and encourage recreational facilities in the Sitka area. Also to forward the development of those characteristics of honesty, good felllowship, self-discipline, team play and self-reliance which are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism.
