Home HAND UPLocallynationally and internationally Zonta Club of Roseburg is a vocal advocate for women. We travel to every corner of the county to advocate for womens rights. Our local program HandUp seeks to help local maturing women in transition. This assistance can be in the form of mentoring training personal needs and formal education.
