The Allapattah Collaborative, CDC – Our goal is to protect and strengthen the identity, charm and cultural appeal of our Allapattah neighborhood
We implement place making techniques to foster identity, support wealth building strategies for marginalized communities of color and advocate for policies and procedures that support comprehensive and sustainable community development. The Allapattah Collaborative CDC (ACDC)’s mission is to build an Allapattah economy that works for everyone while preserving the neighborhood’s unique cultural heritage. We empower Allapattah’s small businesses and legacy residents by providing tailored, culturally relevant support that fosters community engagement and unlocks opportunities for growth and ownership.
