Art Spark Texas champions accessibility in the arts through multidisciplinary programming, advocacy, and collaboration. We spark meaningful change in the cultural landscape by empowering people with and without disabilities to explore, create, and lead. Art Spark Texas challenges perceptions of how people contribute by creating an arts-inspired, inclusive community of individuals with diverse abilities. An expert resource on inclusive arts, our goal is to provide support and training to the public, enhance personal growth, and offer Texans access to the creative work of people with diverse abilities. We provide programming in four broad areas: Access: Stimulating an inclusive arts-community in Texas. Artists: Providing opportunities for artists in all disciplines to pursue a career in the arts Youth: Giving young adults a window into the world of college, community and work. Educators: Building classrooms with a creative outlook on learning.
