People Who Care is a nonprofit organization providing transportation & other non-medical services at no charge to Neighbors in the Quad Cities who are no longer able to drive due to age, vision issues, or disabilities. Volunteers helping adults physically unable to drive continue living in their homes by providing essential transportation and other non-medical assistance.
