Who we are Healthy Plate Solutions is a sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program CACFP in the State of Texas. We are an organization under contract from the State of Texas Department of Agriculture TDA to offer assistance to child care centers who wish to participate in the Child Care Food Program. What we do We undertake all administrative tasks associated with the food program for our centers providing ongoing technical assistance in food service and cost control enabling the center to efficiently provide meals to their enrolled participants and maximize their reimbursements for the meals.
