Who We Are... Who We Are. Crossroads Community Outreach is a 501c3 nonprofit that does street outreach to assist the unsheltered homeless. In addition to our street outreach wealso have a Homeless Day Space Resource Center open MonFri 9am230pm where any homeless individual or family can come to get food supplies clothing a hot shower computer internet access plus assistance with picture identification other documentation needed to obtain housing employment. They can also use it as a place of rest safety.
