Macomb MARZ | Sterling Heights I Robotics

MARZ provides a place where students explore the amazing world of robotics with support from the business community. The Robotics Collaboration and Innovation Center, doing business as the Macomb Automation and Robotics Zone (MARZ) is a non-profit organization. The purpose of the Center is to enhance the social, academic and educational environment of Macomb County and the State of Michigan through support of FIRST Robotics and similar STEM-related programming. In doing this, the Center will provide students with the skills and education necessary to be truly marketable for the next generation of high-tech careers in aerospace, defense and advanced manufacturing.

With the support of grants and donations MARZ Helps to sustain existing middle and high school robotics teams by providing a place where they can gather interact and access tools like a regulationsized practice field CNC machine and more. Coordinates workshops for robotics team members to help them excel in all areas of competition including design engineering electrical programming business management marketing teamwork and more. Organizes opportunities for team coaches and mentors to meet and learn.
