Our Mission To provide the children of Law Enforcement Officers with scholarships for higher educational attainment. About the foundation The Espericueta family started the Speedy Memorial Foundation to honor the memory of their loved one Joey Speedy as he was affectionately known in the community a police officer at the City of Mission PD who lost his life in the line of duty on June 20 2019. The Foundation was built upon the mantra Honor Integrity Service which will continue Speedys legacy of education and love of his community.
