The Hotel & Lodging Association of Volusia County is one of Florida's largest trade groups, our membership includes hotel operators and service providers through out the Volusia County Region. THE HALIFAX AREA LODGING ASSOCIATION IS A BUSINESS LEAGUE OF HOTELS AS DEFINED BY CODE SECTION 501 (C) (6), ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE COMMON INTEREST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS CONDITIONS IN THE HOTEL/MOTEL INDUSTRY OF THE HALIFAX AREA. THE ORGANIZATION TAKES INTO CONSIDERATION A STUDY OF VARIOUS PROBLEMS THE INDUSTRY HAS IN ITS COMMUNITY. ALL REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE USED TO MEEET THIS PURPOSE IN THE FORM OF MEETINGS, SEMINARS, HOTEL/MOTEL ADMINSTRATION AND SCHOLARSHIPS AT THE LOCAL COLLEGES.

Lodging & Hospitality Association of Volusia County The Lodging and Hospitality Association of Volusia County is one of Floridas largest and most influential trade groups. Our Association provides a vehicle for cooperation among all members of the hospitality industry which means you are part of the business and community leadership. In 2017 over 10 million visitors stayed in Volusia County half staying in hotels and the other staying with friends or their parttime residences. Our membership iscomprised of hotels motels and other lodging establishments in Volusia County stretching along Floridas east coast from Oak Hill in the south to Ormond Beach in the north as well as allied members serving the hospitality community.
