Vets4Pets is owned and operated by the Hillsborough Animal Health Foundation and its over 50 member hospitals in the Tampa area. Several years in the making, we opened our doors in January of 2014, with the intention of providing high quality, low cost veterinary care for those who cannot afford it, and to educate our clients about what it means to be a responsible pet owner. Vets4Pets is unlike any any charitable veterinary hospital. Our clients have to prove need or be referred in order to qualify for care. To qualify you must have the following: *A referral from one of our member hospitals. *A Hillsborough County Spay/Neuter Voucher *Veterans or active members of the military *Medicaid recipients *Individuals on disability *Proof of qualifying low income status
