LIVE FROM MARFA Crowley Theater provides the Marfa community of Far West Texas with a fullyequipped theater facility available to groups organizations and individuals who serve the area with accessible public programming. Although Ive done most of my theater work in New York and London many of the great theatrical experiences of my life have taken place in the Crowley Theater in Marfa. Wallace Shawn playwright and actor The Crowley Theater is the performance hub of the cultural mosaic that now makes up Marfa. Douglas Humble Lannan Foundation The Crowley Theater plays a central and significant role for this small and remote town of ranchers artists border patrol officers retirees and town folk.
