Los Angeles City Attorneys Association Los Angeles City Attorneys Association Welcome to the Los Angeles City Attorneys Association LACAA was established over 40 years ago as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for nonexecutive nonconfidential Deputy and Assistant City Attorneys. About LACAA The Los Angeles City Attorneys Association is the union that represents over 500 Deputy and Assistant City Attorneys. Our members serve the public as prosecutors civil litigators and general counsel to every municipal department of the city of Los Angeles including the Mayors Office City Council Los Angeles World Airports the Port of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power. We provide essential support to the Citys public safety mission and zealously defend the public purse.
