Business Capacity Development Alliance (BCDA) is a 501 (C) 3 non profit organization working to establish local small businesses as the center of and the catalyst for improving economic, civic, and social impact in their communities. BCD Alliance's goal is to create an consortium of Black-owned businesses dedicated to the development of the Black community. BCD Alliance will empower business leaders to take a place at the table to help increase the resources needed to change our communities.
