RUFF PACK REFUGE
Ruff Pack Refuge is a 501(c)3 non-profit rescue organization located in the heart of the Gold Countr RPR typically rescues sick and injured dogs with no advocates living on the streets of Tijuana, Mexico, or facing euthanasia throughout the shelter systems in California. Our program is unique where the need is overwhelming and we operate with the utmost integrity providing medical care and a lifelong family and resource through Ruff Pack Refuge. We strive to never euthanize a pet for treatable health conditions or undesirable behavior. We place Ruff Pack Pups with thoroughly screened families and educate the new owners to better help them make responsible, informed decisions regarding the health and safety o their new dog.
