We’re a family shelter, walking alongside our residents and equipping them with the tools and resources necessary for resolving issues that lead to poverty and homelessness. Open House Ministries is a life restoring Christian family homeless shelter. In an ideal world, there would be no homeless families, however in Clark County, homeless families with children are a significant population struggling with a combination of social conditions. We believe that broken families can change when treated with dignity, unconditional love, appropriate intervention and the chance for a fresh start. We are committed to providing housing, food, clothing and case management to families with children, leading them to healing of body, mind and spirit. Through a supportive community, we provide families new paths to healthy living, restoring hope and breaking the bonds of poverty and homelessness.
