Liam & Reece Kelly Foundation Liam Reece Kelly Memorial Scholarship About the Scholarship In honor of Liam and Reece Kelly who were tragically killed in a plane crash on September 20th 2020 this annual scholarship in cooperation with the Liam and Reece Kelly Foundation will provide a scholarship for cross country athletes at Westfield IN High School. The amount of the scholarship and the number of scholarships awarded will be determined annually by the Kelly Family. Qualifications Learn More Liam was a senior and Reece was a sophomore at Westfield High School. Both had goals to attend the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs CO to pursue aeronautical engineering and ultimately become commercial pilots.
