Rags to Rescues Home Welcome to Rags to Rescues Sanctuary. Our 501c3 organization based in Central Oregon is dedicated to the advocacy of love and rescue. Our sanctuary provides compassionate care to a diverse range of animals including horses mini horses elder horses cows llamas and more. We uphold high ethical standards creating a nurturing environment for our residents giving them a second chance at a fulfilling life.
