Northwest Florida BBBS home - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida - Youth Mentoring Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida Youth Mentoring BECOME A DEFENDER OF POTENTIAL Big Brothers Big Sisters Needs Mentors in Northwest Florida Over 100 children in Northwest Florida are waiting for a Big Brother or Big Sister. If you have ever considered becoming a mentor now is the time. All it takes in weekly contact with your Little at a minimum of two times in person per month. Northwest Florida youth are faced with new challenges such as changing family structures homelessness bullying mental health stressors and low selfesteem that create greater need for positive role models in their lives.
